GM- Operations [F]
Experience:  No Relevant Exp needed in Operations in any Cab Services
Substantial experience in the Automotive / Logistics/ Pharma Background with large exposure to managing a blue collared subscriber base.
Academic Qualification required: Preferably MBA Graduates 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job
Experience of handling large scale operations in the Car rental, Fleet, Courier, logistics, Taxi business or similar businesses and experience in leading multifunctional teams.

Market savvy, with good PR & Communication skills

Job Description / Key Deliverables

To manage Branch Operations ( Airport & City ) , Sales, Subscriber Relations & Retention, Allocation, Enforcement etc.
To plan & drive all operational strategies related to the above functions.
To lead and develop the team reporting to the role holder.
Responsibility involves delivering Quality Services to consumers and ensuring high level of discipline in the subscribers.
Responsibility includes establishing a subscriber hiring, training & orientation plan as per the deployment need for the city.
To work with the maintenance teams in the city to ensure minimal down time of taxis through good maintenance practices. Ensure plans/Schedules are implemented to constantly monitor vehicular performance
To manage staffing, performance management and retention strategies for the location
To ensure high level of satisfaction among the DSE so as to foster retention of existing DSE and have a pipeline of new DSE


Airport Managers [F]

Experience:  No Relevant Exp needed in Operations in any Cab Services
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job
